This has to be the quietest shop in all of the world. Been in bay for 2 hours for an outer trailer tire. Ive not heard a impact ratchet, air blow off, tool drop, pneumatic jack, no hammering. Mostly people doing alot of walking around. Must be alot of quiet work getting done.

Went in for a simple Red service line change, waiting in the lobby area for like almost 1 hour till someone finally showed up, was told theyre "only" mechanic was out doing calls so I'd have to come in tomorrow morning, they don't close till 6pm I was there at 3pm, so what are the other 5 workers there doing and why are they even hired if they don't know how to change a simple Air-line , none of them were even working and all were in the shop bay just vaping and doing nothing. By the worst Loves Speedco shop. If you're in need of any kind of service I would skip this shop FOR SURE!, Go across the street to the PETRO! I went there was immediately attended to and got my glad hands replaced easy and fast.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place. For a full service that usually costs around $600–$620 at other shops, I ended up paying over $800 here. They didn’t even bother to adjust the tire pressure. This was the most expensive service I’ve been to, and they still didn’t fully resolve the issues. Maybe if you have a lot of money, you can consider coming hereβ€”but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Don’t make the same mistake I did and stop here for any maintenance or service work. I unfortunately had been here many moons ago and that visit didn’t go well either. Should have known after pulling in on 2-18-26 2:30pm ish and going around back to stop where nobody acknowledged me or motioned to pull into a bay, there would be issues. After waiting for over 20 mins and no response (employees walking around oblivious)I walked in to only wait for another 15-20 mins. A short guy with a ponytail wrapped in a grapefruit sack finally showed up. I was instructed to pull into 1st Bay, where after, none of my info was taken. Just needing both fuel filters changed , and I carry them both for a Paccar , I proceeded to get personal started. My procedure is to have primary fuel filter on engine block done first. After that was completed is when the brakes came on and I was not nicely asked to vacate the area and told to go into office area , out of sight+ mind where they can have their way with your property and livelihood. Over my 21 years of driving and the last 3ea trucks with same Paccar motor I have seen and witnessed some horror shows. Work on my truck ceased while I pled my case. Unfor

Came to Speedco for a simple starter replacement and clearly explained the issue. I was quoted around $800, then told I had to pay an extra $143 diagnostic fee for a problem that was already obvious. I waited almost 3 hours while the mechanic did nothing except walk around vaping. The mechanic was stupid, unprofessional, and completely wasted my time. Forcing unnecessary diagnostics and employing mechanics like this is unacceptable. This place has serious management and competency issues.
